About the Role:
Kirra Services is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, documentation, and maintenance of operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure SharePoint infrastructure to meet business needs.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Plan and design improvements to SharePoint performance.
- Assist in developing design structures and tools for systems that meet business needs and take into account target environment, performance, and security requirements.
- Deliver technical visualization of proposed applications for approval by customers and execution by system developers.
- Assist developers in translating logical designs into physical designs and produce detailed design documentation.
- Map work to user specifications and remove errors and deviations from specifications to achieve user-friendly processes.
Requirements:
- Knowledge or awareness of maintenance and support of Nintex, NC Protect, and Amrein Web Parts (desirable).
- Microsoft stack knowledge (AD,.Net, SQL) (desirable).
- Change, Incident, Problem, and other ITIL processes.
- Applicants may also need to meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.
