About the Role

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully delivering land development projects and/or teams. This is a senior role that provides breadth of responsibility and role diversity, with access to senior team members for collaboration and employee empowerment through problem solving and decision making.

  • This role will see you take on project management responsibilities through the construction phase of project delivery.
  • You'll be responsible for managing expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring successful delivery of outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities

As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with a diverse range of stakeholders in the project, including authorities, developers, clients, and contractors.
  • Oversight of all matters relating to budget, resources, project health, and project planning.
  • Ensuring contractors comply with quality, environmental, and safety systems during the construction project.
  • Liaising with internal teams across a multidisciplinary office to resolve client queries and design challenges.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have extensive site-based experience in construction administration within land development or infrastructure projects. You should also have exposure to engineering design and a solid understanding of the design process. Effective communication skills are essential for working with clients and contractors to achieve great results in complex project environments.

  • A strong background in civil engineering or construction management is highly regarded.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in civil engineering or construction management, will be advantageous.
