About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our team at Whyte Medical Pty. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for in-field sales of homecare & mobility assistance equipment, working closely with Occupational Therapists to provide product solutions for NDIS & Aged Care customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Occupational Therapists, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product demos and install equipment in customers' homes, providing a consultative service and high level of customer care.
- Ensure solutions meet customers' specific needs, providing a valued service to the community.
- Manual handling of products and driving a medium-sized van in the South-East Melbourne territory.
Requirements
- Either a Sales or Field Service-related background within the Medical Device/Aged Care sector, or a background as a Nurse, Pharmacist, Physio/OT/Exercise Physiologist or Allied Health Specialist.
- A passion for helping people, with excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Organized self-starter, capable of achieving results independently.
- Comfortable with manual handling of equipment and driving a small-medium sized van.
- Ability to work a product sales role, provide solutions for the customer, and maintain and build solid business relationships.
