We are seeking a Senior Financial Services Account Manager to join our team in Sydney CBD. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a competitive salary.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive Account Manager with strong experience in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and passion for servicing clients to the best of their ability.

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and investors, ensuring high-quality support and timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring accurate and compliant delivery of registry services.
  • Assist with fund transitions and onboarding, adhering to established procedures and processes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in financial services.
  • Previous experience in Registry or Transfer Agency role preferred but not required.
  • Tertiary qualification or relevant industry qualifications highly regarded.
  • Advanced Excel and competent Word and PowerPoint skills.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
