  • Meet individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including skincare, body care, and makeup, through ongoing training and education
  • Promote our plant-based philosophy with confidence and authenticity
  • Maintain a clean and inviting counter presentation aligned with our visual merchandising guidelines
  • Participate in events, activations, and launches, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction
  • Support stock management processes, including receiving, replenishing, and accurate product handling
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive counter culture
