Talent Connection is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Commercial Leasing Specialist. Reporting to the Retail Leasing & Growth Manager, this role will assist the Property function in developing and implementing the Market's Pop-up Leasing Plan and Alternative Income Strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business:- Oversee the implementation of the Pop-Up Leasing Plan, including negotiating and preparing license offers for new and existing traders.
- Source and organise licenses for external and pop-up traders.
- Generate casual leasing leads and recruit new traders aligned with the Market's retail mix, incubation, and events strategies.
- Negotiate and organise new licences and licence renewals for existing tenants in consultation with the Retail Leasing & Growth Manager.
- Evaluate and enhance trader presentation standards.
- Maintain relationships with existing traders.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong business acumen and communication skills. A degree in Business, Property, or a related field, and/or property-related qualifications, would be highly regarded.
