$85,000 - $115,000 per annum + benefits

About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to excel your career with a dynamic finance team within a leading Australian company. You will support the Service Stream Group and our subsidiaries in all matters relating to company financing and cash flow. Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily Treasury Operations - Manage daily treasury operations and cash management activities to ensure sufficient funds to meet payable obligations in a timely manner and in line with policy.
  • Transaction Banking - Oversee group-wide transactional banking needs, including account signatories, banking platforms access, and credit card administration.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting - Prepare consolidated daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Treasury Reporting - Prepare monthly treasury reports, including cash flow and net debt position, to provide stakeholders with accurate financial information.
  • Bank Covenant Management - Calculate and maintain the bank covenant actual and forecast model to ensure compliance with lending agreements.
  • Relationship Building - Foster relationships with banking and lending partners to secure optimal financing terms.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3 Years of Treasury Experience - Proven experience in treasury operations, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Professional Qualifications - CPA/CA or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills - High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, and strong analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
