Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration
    • Perform daily system health checks to ensure the stability and performance of our SAP platforms.
    • Initiate in-house tests to identify and resolve issues prior to business hours.
    • Monitor and provide expert advice on SAP Java systems to manage system capacity and availability.
  • Database Administration
    • Monitor database load and activities to prevent high response times.
    • Perform table replication and SAP landscape transformation server tasks.
  • System Support
    • Provide assistance during system patching and kernel upgrades.
    • Perform technical troubleshooting to ensure 24/7 availability of all systems.
  • Project Management
    • Develop detailed cutover checklists and project plans.
    • Coordinate technical and operations tasks for system upgrades and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 5+ years of SAP BASIS experience in a large and complex environment.
    • Experience with HANA & DB2 on Z as the database platform for SAP Applications.
    • Experience with multiple SAP Technologies (such as CRM, PSCD, ERP, Java, HANA, etc.).
  • Skills
    • Expertise in SAP System Upgrade and associated tasks.
    • Knowledge of SAP System Upgrade and associated tasks.
    • Experience with Data Archiving and OpenText Solutions.
