Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience conducting property inspections, interpreting data, and preparing valuation reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough property inspections to gather relevant data.
  • Drafting and reviewing valuation reports for mortgage and non-mortgage purposes.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the residential property market.
  • Adhering to internal KPIs regarding report turn-around and quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate governance principles and practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential valuations.
  • API accreditation (CPV or RPV).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
