About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Part Time Sales Assistant to join our team at Sheridan Moore Park Outlet.

This is a part-time role requiring the ability to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times, including public holidays and sale periods.

The role is rostered across Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Weekends, with a 32.5 hour/week schedule alternating between Saturday and Sunday each week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers.
  • Sell premium products, highlighting features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Ensure all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard.
  • Process and replenish stock according to company standards.
  • Achieve sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration.
