About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
  • 1 year of experience in the Australian Aged Care Sector, preferably in residential care
  • An excellent work ethic, ability to work in a team, and follow set safety procedures
  • Demonstrated safety awareness and ability to prevent falls and injuries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
