Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our organization. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer service from the public and via our website
  • Advise customers on the status of their order and follow-up queries
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high level of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Well-presented with a warm, friendly, resilient, and team-spirited personality
  • Experience and understanding of sales / retail environments
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach with a willingness to engage customers
  • Strong initiative, motivation, and enthusiasm
  • Demonstrate a customer focus in all behaviours which may include handling challenging and complex customer service enquiries
