We are seeking qualified Science teachers who are enthusiastic, have excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to Christian schooling. As part of a highly competent and supportive secondary teaching team, successful candidates will contribute to growth, improvement, and leadership.
The successful candidate will be able to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes, receive feedback on their teaching and implement changes, and support an explicit instruction approach to teaching based on a knowledge-rich curriculum.
Key responsibilities include effectively planning for, collecting, and analysing educational data, devising appropriate strategies and interventions to improve student outcomes, and demonstrating excellent teaching as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
The ideal candidate will have an active Christian faith, suitable tertiary qualifications, and NESA accreditation (or be eligible), as well as a current Employee Working with Children Check.
