Electrical Engineering Professional

We are currently seeking a talented Electrical Graduate Engineer to join our Electrical team. As an integral part of our project delivery, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing assigned tasks in line with scope, schedule and budget.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the allocation and use of resources throughout start-up, construction and handover phases.
- Monitoring project progress through site inspections, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Applying commercial awareness by considering cost impacts and contributing to the profitability of projects.
- Ensuring the scope of work is completed in accordance with contract obligations, quality guidelines and budget parameters.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, coupled with practical experience gained through vacation work or similar.
- A genuine enthusiasm for electrical engineering and a keen interest in hands-on projects, often in remote/regional areas of Australia.
- Flexibility to work on a FIFO (Fly-In-Fly-Out) or DIDO (Drive-In-Drive-Out) roster from Perth.
- Strong analytical skills, sound decision-making abilities and a knack for creative problem-solving.
- Resilience, diligence and a steadfast commitment to safety in the workplace.
