We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our enterprise project management office.

As a member of our senior leadership team, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans that drive business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and change management plans.
  • Provide high-level advice to senior leaders and stakeholders on project-related matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and vendors.
  • Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence diverse teams.
  • Accreditation in Project Management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile) and change management.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leaders and stakeholders.
