Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a Safe and Supportive Environment: Foster a secure, nurturing environment for at-risk youth, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Empower Daily Living: Assist with personal care, meals, and hygiene to encourage independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Facilitate Transportation: Ensure young people attend school, appointments, and community activities, promoting their social and educational development.
  • Promote Growth and Development: Encourage skill development and socialization within the local community, helping young people to reach their full potential.
  • Manage Health Needs: Administer medications and maintain accurate reporting, ensuring the health and well-being of the young people in your care.
Requirements
  • Australian Drivers License (P2 or higher)
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • The ability to work a mixture of day, night, and weekend shifts as required
