As a Strategic Change Leader at BaptistCare, you will have the opportunity to work with our leadership team to drive strategic change initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide collaborative and proactive change management expertise to support management and staff across our operational divisions.
  • Lead or significantly influence strategies, programs, and projects pertaining to change throughout the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Design, or Social Sciences.
  • Demonstrable depth in leading and using ADKAR change frameworks and initiatives in a dispersed and diverse workforce.
  • Demonstrable ability to apply knowledge of contemporary change strategies and practices, project management.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
