Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and creative displays that reflect the brand and seasonal themes, driving customer interest and sales
  • Execute merchandising plans that maximise store space and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and effectively analyse fashion mood boards to create strong purchase suggestions
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and store operations teams to ensure consistency in visual presentation and alignment with promotional activities
  • Analyse sales figures and formulate actions to maximise sales
  • Prioritise multiple tasks based on the needs of this fast-paced business and delegate effectively to ensure timely execution

Requirements:

  • Experience in visual merchandising, preferably within a large format or international retail environment
  • Strong creative and artistic abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Interest in fashion and up-to-date knowledge of current trends
  • Previous experience in arranging stores, setting displays, dressing mannequins, and styling
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Ability to delegate, follow up, and provide straightforward feedback for developing and coaching team members
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with different teams and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
