About the Role

  • Build and lead high-performing teams through clear vision, coaching, and empowerment.
  • Foster strong commercial relationships with brokers and third-party partners.
  • Champion digital sales growth through improved journeys and conversion.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record of success in senior sales or commercial leadership roles, with experience managing high-performing teams in complex industries.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with a bias for delivery and measurable results.
  • Commercial acumen, including P&L management and investment decision-making.
  • A passion for coaching and building a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks, especially in regulated sectors.
