As a Mechanical Engineering Graduate, you will tackle real-world engineering challenges in cement manufacturing and improve large-scale mechanical systems.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with root cause investigations and reliability-focused problem solving to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Develop maintenance strategies and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Contribute to SIB (Sustain in Business) projects that enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with site engineers, maintenance managers, and trades teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Support operational activities across multiple sites, driving process improvements and productivity gains.
About the Role

We are seeking:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably focused on maintenance or reliability, to drive technical expertise.
  • A solid understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles to inform decision-making.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, to manage data and communicate effectively.
  • A valid driver's license for site travel and occasional off-site visits.
  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset with strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Confidence interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus, but not required, as we value adaptability and a willingness to learn.
