Factory Operative Opportunity

This is an excellent chance to join a leading manufacturer of commercial timber and sheet metal products as a skilled factory operative.

They require reliable, flexible and experienced individuals with backgrounds in the timber or sheet metal industries who can work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

The Role

We are seeking skilled Factory Operatives to assist with various tasks including:

  • Operating machinery such as table/wall saws, edge banders and press machines
  • Assembling door frames
  • Assisting with warehouse operations
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks on equipment

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with hand and power tools, be physically fit for repetitive and heavy lifting, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

The role involves day shift hours: Monday to Friday, 7.54 am to 4.00 pm. We offer a relaxed and supportive work environment with opportunities for career progression.
