Visual Merchandising Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Merchandising Coordinator to create visual direction for our standalone stores and concessions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a cohesive brand image that aligns with our retail vision.

The successful candidate will possess excellent commercial acumen, creative flair, and the ability to work autonomously.

  • Create VM direction for standalone stores and concessions
  • Develop in-store signage in collaboration with marketing, graphic designers, and print suppliers
  • Presentation of VM direction to senior stakeholders at walkthroughs and sign-offs
  • Support new store openings by sourcing signage and creative elements
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, retail field team, and suppliers
  • Contribute to creative support for store events and PR showings
  • Manage VM budgets effectively

Requirements:

  • Three years' experience within a head office VM environment
  • Ability to work independently and confidently lead VM direction
  • Solid business acumen and solutions-focused mindset
  • Adaptability under pressure
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Apple Mac
  • Strong organizational skills
