Job Role

This is a full-time position at our Caringbah facility, NSW. As a Sales & Warehouse Operator, you will be part of our Trade Centre team delivering exceptional customer service and achieving operational excellence within the warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service for all customers in store and in the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure efficient stock movements.
  • Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution while adhering to safety requirements.
  • Unload inbound orders of stock.
  • Serve customers in the warehouse part of the store by loading vehicles using a forklift or manually as required.
  • E nsure documentation, labelling and presentation of product meet company standards.
  • Carry out warehouse operations including order picking, inventory counts and general housekeeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Forklift licence and experience are essential.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to interact confidently with customers.
  • Eagerness to learn about products and services.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
