Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new sales channels, engaging in pre-sales conversations, and developing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth
  • Establish new relationships and sales channels to fill the sales pipeline
  • Engage in pre-sales conversations to turn MQL into SQ prospects
  • Presentation of our award-winning BIC Suite solutions inhouse or online
  • Development & management of Key Accounts
  • Price negotiations
  • Preparation of tender responses with and without our partner network
  • Monthly reporting of sales figures to MD as well as quarterly reporting to HQ of GBTEC
  • Conducting webinars to increase awareness
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a sales role
  • Strong communication skills (verbally and written) to engage with various stakeholders
  • Experience in generating leads, preferably through networks or social media (LinkedIn)
  • Ability to qualify leads and progress them effectively through the sales cycle
  • High affinity to IT topics and good technical understanding
  • Excellent organisational skills, including task prioritisation
  • Ability to handle multiple processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office 365
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Tertiary education in a business-related field
