Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes, adhering to best practice nursing procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, dressings, medication reviews, and catheter changes as needed.
  • Develop holistic care plans in collaboration with clients, carers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with all parties involved in client care to maintain optimal health and wellbeing.
  • Accurately document all interactions and care provided in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work safely to protect yourself, colleagues, and clients by closely following policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to vulnerable populations.
  • Current registration with AHPRA after completing a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in clinical settings.
  • Proven skills in clinical assessment, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products, and willingness to learn new systems.
  • NSW driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Willigness to undergo a police check.
