The Role

As a Commercial Executive, you will work closely with the Commercial Director to coordinate JCDecaux contracts with private, business, and government clients. You will assist in improving the experience for the Commercial team and our contract partners, ensuring the profitable management of our outdoor leases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless contract management.
  • Create, edit, and submit contract amendments, maintaining data integrity.
  • Update the renewal tracker regularly to ensure timely renewals.
  • Maintain the security of documents, filing cabinets, and confidential material.
  • Develop and maintain deployment project plans and schedules.
  • Assist with the preparation and tracking of license agreements.
  • Liaise with the Asset Development team to ensure the rollout of new assets is within scope, time, and budget.
  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders for escalations.
  • Ensure trackers, spreadsheets, registers, and information systems are regularly updated to maintain data integrity and track project progress.

About You

You will have experience or interest in property leasing, town planning, and contractual matters. You will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a team player mentality. Additionally, you will have:

  • Knowledge of license and lease structure
  • Computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
