This position involves working closely with teachers, staff, and students to coordinate administrative tasks, provide support, and maintain accurate records. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining efficient workflows, ensuring seamless communication, and enhancing the overall experience for our students and staff.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks and provide support to teachers and staff
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Ensure efficient workflows and effective communication
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Completion of Year 12 or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration or support role
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
