About The Nursing Role

The Transition to Practice Community Health Nursing Program is a 12 month program designed to facilitate the transition of Registered Nurses with limited previous community health experience to the community workforce.

Northern NSW Community Nursing Service provides nursing care to people in the community setting. Our team works closely with clients, their carers, General Practitioners, and other relevant service providers to develop individualized care plans.
