Role Overview
The Team Leader plays a pivotal part in the store, responsible for leading and managing a team of travel consultants to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cruise Bookings and Packages
  • Ensure that key performance indicators are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Efficiently and accurately support and handle walk-in, email & telephone enquiries
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
  • Regularly monitor and action all relevant mailboxes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
  • A minimum of 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry is required
  • GDS experience is essential
  • Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organising tasks efficiently
