Metalcraft Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in fabrication and welding activities while supporting the workshop and fleet team.

The position involves working in a hands-on workshop environment where you will gain practical knowledge and skills in cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components using tools and machinery.

As an Apprentice Fabricator, you will be responsible for completing a Certificate III in Engineering, Fabrication course at North Wollongong TAFE.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Workshop and Fleet team in fabrication and welding activities
• Completing a Certificate III in Engineering, Fabrication course at North Wollongong TAFE
• Developing practical knowledge and skills in welding, cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A Certificate II or equivalent qualification
• Practical skills in fabrication and welding
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment

As an Apprentice Fabricator, you will enjoy a range of benefits including:
