Job Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking and talented individual to take on the key role of Supervisor Technology Operations. The team is made up of Process Control Specialists, Network and Platforms Specialists, Communications Specialists, and End User Support. As a supervisor, you will have strong leadership skills and the capability to positively influence our safety culture.
Your ability to lead by example, be proactive, and prioritize field leadership activities will be critical to your success. This position is being offered on 7 days on 7 days off day shift/night shift roster. FIFO from Adelaide, DIDO/BIBO, and Residential options are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholding and demonstrating safe working behaviors
- Demonstrate commitment to customer service both internal and external to the business
- Coaching, mentoring, and building capability within your team
- Pursuing operating perfection in work practices and approach
- Empowering the team to deliver and improve on results through continuous improvement
- Supervising the execution of the weekly work schedule and approved break in work
- Monitoring and verifying the competency of team members in the safe performance of their duties
- Assessing, approving, and prioritizing work related to Technology Equipment
- Allocation of resources to achieve optimal maintenance outcomes
- Multiple stakeholder engagement
Salary and Benefits:
We offer an attractive salary package with a competitive base salary of approximately $120,000 per year. In addition, you will receive performance-based bonuses and a best-in-class employee share program. We also offer flexible working options, a generous paid parental leave policy, extended leave entitlements, and parent rooms.
About You:
As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work to a schedule and manage workloads to deliver key outcomes. Experience in mining, processing, or other operational experience in a high-pace working environment is highly desirable. Team players who can build effective working relationships within their own team and external customers are encouraged to apply.
