About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Bore Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and welfare of our livestock and the smooth operation of our station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain water supply systems to cattle across the property
  • Conduct regular checks on diesel and solar pumps, troughs, tanks, and turkey's nests
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property assets, plant, equipment, fencing, pipework, and infrastructure
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve station goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Valid manual driver's license
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of reliability and trustworthiness
  • Commitment to working safely at all times
