Operational Leadership Opportunity

JUCY Rentals is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to manage our soon-to-be Darwin branch. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch and workshop.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee branch operations, including fleet management, vehicle repairs, and maintenance, ensuring efficient processes and procedures are consistently delivered.
  • Deliver and champion agreed business plan and strategic objectives within an annual budget.
  • Manage budgets and financial plans, controlling expenditure.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower teams to achieve objectives.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and colleagues through effective networking and relationship development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' people management and leadership experience within diverse teams.
  • Experience delivering high levels of customer service and leading high-performing teams to achieve this.
  • A proven background in driving sales – both rental and ancillary sales across all avenues.
  • Proven experience in driving change, successfully changing systems, processes, capabilities, individual mindsets, and culture.
  • Excellent attention to detail and passion for managing a busy operation.
  • Proven success in managing workshops and/or fleet management.
  • Sound knowledge of vehicle compliance.
  • A full driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
