About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Transformational Change team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex business transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in assessing business readiness and developing change strategies, including creating detailed plans for people and behavioral aspects of new technology implementation and adoption.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of change management activities across client transformation programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across client businesses to prepare relevant business functions for transition to future states and embed new technologies and ways of working.
  • Develop strategic employee communication plans and content, reviewing literature for distribution and determining delivery channels.
  • Partner with clients to redesign organizational structures to create high-performance cultures.
  • Work in a team environment, multitasking and producing quality deliverables.

  • Can-do attitude and ability to seek creative solutions to problems with the right technical tools and a supportive team.
  • Team builder who excels in diverse and multidisciplinary teams to collaborate, share ideas, and learn together.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of Change Management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in supporting design, conducting, and managing Change Management activities, including strategies, plans, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
  • Experience in planning and creating impactful communications.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Accreditation in PROSCI or similar highly desirable.
