Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood professional to join our team as an Inclusion Support Educator. This part-time role offers the perfect opportunity for someone looking to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children.

About the Role

This position is ideal for an experienced Certificate III or Diploma qualified educator who is passionate about supporting children's development and well-being. As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will be working in a fun-loving and supportive team environment, helping to create a nurturing and engaging atmosphere for our young learners.

  • 20 hours per week, on a contract ending 3rd June 2026
  • Mon, Tue, Thur & Fri (4 days)
  • 9:30am-2:30pm - 5 hours per day

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Toddler room, with the possibility to extend
  • Providing high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Working collaboratively with other educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • An ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
