A dynamic and challenging role has become available for a skilled Mc Driver to join our organisation on a Full-time, permanent basis.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in operating heavy vehicles and managing loading/unloading operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the safe operation of vehicles during loading and unloading
  • Loading and unloading vehicles using lifting and tipping devices
  • Maintaining vehicle safety and adhering to all relevant regulations
  • Estimating weights to comply with load limitations and ensuring proper weight distribution
  • Verifying loading documents and checking the condition of goods
  • Ensuring goods are stowed and covered securely to prevent loss and damage

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • H Licence
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to learn and use multiple apps on the in-truck tablet
  • Positive attitude towards safety and compliance
  • Sound discipline, effective communication, and customer service skills
