High-End Travel Professional

As a High-End Travel Professional, you will have the opportunity to design and book bespoke travel itineraries for discerning clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and staying up-to-date with luxury travel trends.

This is a key member of our team responsible for providing expert advice on luxury destinations and activities. You will work closely with suppliers to secure exclusive deals and experiences for our clients.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and book high-end travel itineraries for clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service from initial consultation through to post-travel follow-up
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client relationship management
  • Stay up-to-date with luxury travel trends and destinations to offer informed recommendations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably in the luxury sector
  • Strong sales skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is advantageous but not essential
