Exciting Opportunity at Oceania Ground Force
Based in Adelaide Airport, we are seeking a Cabin Presentation Crew Specialist to join our Fleet Presentation team.
This is an excellent chance to gain valuable skills and experience in the aviation industry, working with a leading ground handling services company. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive first impression for passengers boarding aircraft.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the aircraft cabin to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cabin Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of seats, seat pockets, aisles, lavatories, galleys, and waste removal.
- Presentation Management: Ensure uniformed presentation of seat belts, blankets, pillows, and magazines.
- Fleet Vehicle Operation: Drive the fleet vehicle airside, to and from aircraft and terminals.
- Office Cleaning: Handle office cleaning as required.

What We Offer:
We provide a competitive salary package, including:
- Estimated Salary: $53,000 - $63,000 per annum (based on a 38-hour week), plus shift penalties and superannuation.
- Superannuation Contributions: 11.5% of your earnings.
- Shift Penalties: Additional pay for early morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
- Weekend Pay: Time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays.
- Uniform and Equipment: Company-provided uniform and equipment.
- Training and Development: Comprehensive paid training and enrollment in a Cert III course.
- Rosters and Fatigue Management: Rosters published two weeks in advance, offering flexibility for work/life balance, and fatigue management strategies.
