Sales and Warehouse Operators play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving operational excellence within the warehouse.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service for all customers in-store and in the warehouse.
- Manage stock movements and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Serve customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers' vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
- Ensure proper documentation, labeling and presentation of product is adhered to.
- Warehouse operations including picking orders, conducting inventory counts and maintaining general housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
