Key Responsibilities- Establish Strong Stakeholder Relationships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and external partners.
Define and Develop Cyber Security Governance PoliciesSupport the development of group-level cyber security governance policies, standards, and frameworks that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Support Cyber Security Risk Management ProgramContribute to the group-level cyber security risk management program, including risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
Collate and Analyze Cyber Security MetricsCollect and analyze data from across the organization to provide consistent and transparent reporting on key cyber security metrics.
Review and Improve Cyber Security ReportingContinuously review and improve group-level cyber security reporting to ensure a consolidated view of all risks, trends, and performance.
Requirements- Minimum 8 Years' Experience
At least 8 years of experience in a similar role within a large, complex organization.
Industry CertificationIndustry certification in ISO Lead Implementer or Auditor.
FAIR Methodology KnowledgeKnowledge of FAIR methodology and its practical application in conducting cyber risk quantification.
NIST CSF KnowledgeKnowledge and practical application experience of NIST CSF, NIST.
Security Governance Framework ExperienceSignificant experience in establishing a Security Governance Framework, including policies, standards, etc., aligned with ISO 27001 standard (ISMS).
Security Risk Assessment ExperienceSignificant experience in conducting security risk assessments.
Control Framework ExperienceStrong experience in control frameworks, designing security controls, and operating effectiveness criteria for controls testing and assessments.
KPI and KRI ExperienceExperience in designing and evaluating KPIs and KRIs for cyber risk reporting.
Interpersonal and Communication SkillsWell-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to positively influence key stakeholders.
Critical Thinking and Problem-SolvingA naturally inquisitive and analytical mind, and strong ability to problem solve.
Tertiary QualificationsTertiary qualifications in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a Cyber Security specialization.
