Key Role:

This is a high-level leadership position that oversees the distribution of funds across various investor channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in capital raising, investor relations, and asset management, with a strong ability to develop compelling investment propositions and manage relationships with high-net-worth and institutional investors.

About the Opportunity:

  • Develop and execute distribution strategies across institutional, family office, and/or financial planner channels.
  • Drive investor engagement through targeted roadshows, presentations, and tailored investment briefings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with fund managers, superannuation platforms, family offices, and financial planners.
  • Support structuring, documentation, and compliance needs in collaboration with legal, finance, and external advisors.
  • Oversee the onboarding process and ensure exceptional investor care from initial contact through to ongoing reporting and updates.
  • Identify and structure direct equity investment opportunities in development projects, including bespoke equity participation models.
  • Represent at industry events and forums.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in capital raising, investor relations, or asset management.
  • Skills: Strong commercial and financial acumen, excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in finance, property, economics, or related fields.
  • Leadership: A proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for different audiences.
