As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the world's first fully AI-led hiring platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering seamless experiences for millions of candidates every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, building, testing, and deploying entire features across the stack from our React/TypeScript frontend to backend services.
  • Evolving our core application architecture on AWS, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborating with our Machine Learning team to integrate cutting-edge NLP and generative AI capabilities into the product.
  • Working closely with product and design teams to translate vision into technically sound solutions and an exceptional user experience.
  • Sharing expertise, mentoring other engineers, and championing software engineering best practices through technical mentorship.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Full Stack Engineer or similar role, with a track record of shipping and maintaining complex web applications.
  • Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure APIs.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and designing services that are modular, maintainable, and resilient.
  • Hands-on experience with the AWS platform, including ECS for container orchestration, Lambda, and various database services.
