About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at TS Staffing Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for our clients in the Mining and Oil and Gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and issue tender packages, administer the tender process, and receive tenders
  • Review tender submissions and negotiate any exceptions to Terms and Conditions
  • Creation of recommendations for awards for Client and draft Contracts and Purchase orders
  • Population and management of procurement data systems with the necessary information
  • Supplier management and ensuring supplier and contractor documentation is received, reviewed, and implemented to meet the contract as needed
Requirements
  • Experience working with relevant software packages (SAP and/or Oracle)
  • EPCM experience
  • Experience working either in the Mining or Oil and Gas industry is essential
  • University degree in the relevant field or equivalent relevant experience

  • 40 hours a week PAYG or PTY arrangement
