Full-time Construction Site Operative Position Available

We are seeking a skilled individual to support our construction projects as a site operative.
- Main support to site Carpenters and occasional sub-contractors, performing various duties related to the construction process.
- General building site operations, including loading/unloading materials, excavation work, site cleaning, equipment maintenance, site preparation, concreting, assisting team members with carpentry tasks, operating vehicles and machinery when required.
- Occasional operation of utes and small-medium trucks.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in construction and/or landscaping, along with a strong understanding of practical skills, common sense, and a task-oriented mindset.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferably a ute).
- Basic trade tools.
- A valid White Card or eligibility to obtain one.
- PREFERRED: Hold a minimum light rigid (LR) or medium rigid (MR) licence or be eligible to acquire one.
- Experience in construction and/or landscaping.
- Practical knowledge and skills.
- Able to work safely and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and own transport.
- Basic trade tools and a White Card.
