Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration and at least 2 years of experience in a surgical centre or day surgery, as well as strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities include assessing patients' readiness for surgery, providing clear education to them and their families, and ensuring safe and attentive care during the post-operative period.

Flexibility is essential, with the ability to work varied shifts Monday to Friday across a rotating roster.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with patients and their families.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and autonomous individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
