BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Limited is a global organization providing integrated facilities management services. We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Administrator to join our team in Sydney.

Job Summary

This role involves the maintenance and update of the Site Operation Manuals (SOM) in accordance with service specification clauses. The successful candidate will also assist in managing and maintaining the onsite client's Site Safety folder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, update, and file Site Operation Manuals to ensure compliance with service specifications.
  • Support onsite safety documentation, including emergency procedures, asbestos management, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Managers (FMs), external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless document access and updates.
  • Track updates, conduct gap analyses, and recommend necessary revisions to reflect operational changes.
  • Prepare reports, maintain document control systems, and ensure proper coding and filing structures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Technical knowledge in Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management, or Facilities Maintenance.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration or coordination support within a construction, project, or facilities management environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CMMS is desirable.
  • Compliance awareness with QA, OH&S, and environmental regulations, with the ability to generate reports.
  • A minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or OH&S are advantageous.
