Out of School Hours Care Senior Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Out of School Hours Care service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply National Principles for Child Safe Organisations as applicable to the role.
  • Ensure a high-quality service that complies with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Manage employees at the service, including performance management and professional development.
  • Lead recruitment activities for the service.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education or ACECQA approved equivalent.
  • Extensive skills, knowledge, and experience in OSHC, including demonstrated use of the My Time, Our Place framework.
  • Current first aid certificate in an education and care setting.

  • Permanent full-time appointment.
  • Salary package including 12% superannuation.
  • 10% above award wages.
  • Broken shift allowance (where applicable).
  • Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year.
