We are seeking a skilled Sales and Merchandising Ambassador to join our Retail Select Team. As a key representative of DuluxGroup, you will be responsible for delivering in-store visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreements.

You will work closely with our products across Dulux, Selleys, Yates, and Cabots to grow and win in the marketplace. This autonomous role offers multiple pathways for development into other businesses within the DuluxGroup and/or full-time roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining key customer relationships
  • Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling)
  • Maintaining in-store displays
  • Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Assist with major planogram initiatives

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
  • Sound computer skills
  • Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative
