About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Parts Officer to join our Facilities Maintenance team at Champ Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and expediting of parts and materials required by our trades team to complete maintenance activities for mine site buildings and residential housing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Request and assess quotes from multiple suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of parts and materials.
  • Assist in placing purchase orders and expediting parts to meet project deadlines.
  • Receipt and process invoices for parts and materials, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Update and maintain our parts system register to ensure accurate tracking and inventory management.
  • Operate a forklift as required to support warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Standard 11 certification.
  • CBM (Certified Bulk Materials) certification.
  • Clear D&A screen.
  • Forklift license (desirable).
  • Medium-level administration skills with Microsoft Office suite experience.
