About the Role

This is a senior role that requires a deep understanding of data systems, architecture, and design principles. As a Data Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and reliable data solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Data Solutions: Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable data solutions using various tools and technologies.
  • Lead Technical Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical architectures that meet business and strategic requirements.
  • Mentor and Support Team Members: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience working on cloud platforms, ideally including GCP.
  • Strong Skills: Possess strong skills in GCP, Azure, Databricks, Confluent, DBT, Collibra, Fivetran, SQL, and Python.
  • Clean Code: Write clean, scalable, and tested code in Python or similar languages.
  • Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Airflow, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Communication Skills: Possess confident communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercial Awareness: Have a solid understanding of commercial drivers that influence project outcomes.
